HMP Consulting Kft. is a Dutch-Hungarian joint venture, founded in 1996 under the name Huberts Mózes & Partners, as a company engaged in classic headhunting activities, which started its activities with a self-developed, objective methodology, its specialty was the search for and transfer of potential candidates not available to the client. With the further development of the information and interview methodology applied during headhunting, the operational, workflow and human resource audit, as well as the operational reorganization, were established in 2000.

The applicability of the applied audit methodology and implementation technique is independent of the economic sector and activity. The greatest value of the methodology is that, on the one hand, it is able to reveal the real roots of dysfunctions that cause damage to the interests of the owners, and on the other hand, it guarantees the unvarnished and prompt implementation of the necessary changes. The company has offices in Budapest and Warsaw, the Warsaw office deals exclusively with personnel consulting, and currently has four employees and two contract consultants in Budapest. The involvement of additional consultants and experts on a project basis depends on the project size and the special expertise arising during the due diligence and implementation.

HMP Consulting Ltd. is a Dutch-Hungarian joint venture founded in 1996 under the name of Huberts Mozes & Partners as a classic headhunting company that started its activities with an own-developed objective methodology and operating with the speciality of hunting out and shifting potential candidates unreachable for the clients. By developing the interviewing methodology applied during headhunting, the operational, work process and human resources audit and operational reorganization consulting were elaborated in 2000 and became a separate branch in 2004. Up to now, we have closed successfully more than a hundred reorganization projects based on process audit. The applicability of theapplied audit methodology and theimplementation technique is independent ofthe industry or economic activity.
The greatest value of the methodology is, on one hand, its ability to discover the real roots of dysfunctions injuring the owner’s interests, and on the other hand, to guarantee the irreversible and prompt implementation of the changes needed. The company has offices in Budapest and in Warsaw, with the Warsaw office offering only staff consulting. In Budapest, the company has currently 5 employees and two consultants. Involvement of additional consultants and experts depend on the size of the project and the special expertize needed during the screening and the implementation of the specific projects. The office in Warsaw operates with 21 employees.
